This service was created to provide the buyer with unparalleled expertise and a comprehensive inspection process to ensure an acquisition that meets the highest standards.

Here is how the H.E.A.T process works:

1. Initial Research - Our team starts with in-depth research into the specific year, make, and model of the vehicle. This research helps identify known issues and faults associated with that model, providing a foundational understanding of potential concerns.
2. 3rd-Party Inspection - We arrange for a trusted third-party inspector to verify the car’s existence and assess any major issues. This initial inspection also identifies minor issues that may require further examination by our team.
3. Review of 3rd-Party Inspection - Our experts review the third-party inspection report to determine if the vehicle is a worthy candidate for acquisition. If it is, we identify which areas need additional investigation by our team in person.
4. In-Person Inspection by the Team - If the vehicle passes the initial review, our specialist team travels to the vehicle’s location. We perform a detailed systems analysis to thoroughly assess the car’s condition and performance.
5. Complete Acquisition for Client - Upon confirming the vehicle’s suitability, we handle all aspects of the acquisition process, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction on your behalf.
6. Written Report - We provide a comprehensive written report detailing our findings, including any issues identified and the overall condition of the vehicle. This report serves as a valuable resource for your records.
7. Transport - Our team coordinates and oversees the transport of the vehicle by Southern Integrity Auto Transport, from the seller to your location.
8. Delivery – We complete the Bespoke delivery experience, arranging for the vehicle to be delivered to your chosen location with the highest level of care and attention.

Our High-End Acquisition Team is designed to move quickly and efficiently. We can usually complete the entire process within 7 days of identifying a potential vehicle. Our team is often willing to be ‘on the go’ for 24 hours or more, non-stop, to make it happen.

This service is included with most high-end vehicles purchased through our ‘Bespoke Acquisition Service’. However, it is also available as a stand-alone service for any vehicle, even those not purchased through Bespoke Motorcar Company.
